Excluded materials
Excluded materials that are not to be placed in the container include, but are not limited to:
- waste tires
- radioactive materials
- volatile, corrosive, flammable, explosive, biomedical, infectious, bio-hazardous, or regulated medical waste
- hazardous waste, toxic substance or material (as defined by, characterized or listed under applicable federal, state or local laws or regulations)
- any materials containing information protected by federal, state or local privacy and security laws or regulations
- special waste, including not limited to:
- lubricating/hydraulic oil
- medical waste
- motor oil
- other flammable liquids
- petroleum-contaminants
- propane tanks
- radioactive materials
- aerosol cans
- batteries oil filters
- antifreeze
- asbestos
- chemical products
- herbicides and pesticides
- soil/lead paint chips
- animals
- appliances
- barrels
- bricks
- concrete
- demo bricks
- industrial waste
- microwaves
- monitors
- railroad ties
- televisions
- tree stumps
- all liquids
- contaminated oils
- fluorescent tubes
- dirt/soil
- PCBs/PCB building material ( Construction Material)
- any items that could adversely affect the operation or useful life of the facilities receiving customer’s waste materials
- any others items or materials prohibited by federal, state or local laws or regulations
